We are basically finished now! Last week was finals week. We handed the marked tests back to the students on Monday and Tuesday this week. Today was re-tests for the students who had failed. Now the students are all gone and campus is very quiet.

| Again, we have real coffee. I can't emphasize this enough. |
Today and tomorrow are departmental mark checks, which just means that we're going to be sitting around the English office checking each other's math to make sure that all the students got the correct final grades, and logging the final numbers into class "blue books". It's basically ledger keeping, and all too familiar to the stuff that made me decide not to major in business. It's not hard math, just addition. It's super tedious though.

On Friday we're going to do it all again, this time with subjects other than English. Geoffrey assures us that while it's the worst day of the academic year (because it's so incredibly boring), at least they usually provide good snacks for the teachers!
Friday marks the beginning of our term holiday. Remember, we started school at the beginning of April when y'all back in the States were just starting your summer vacation. Now that you're back in school, we're just getting to our big October holiday!
Haha... Kyle! Enjoy going to school every day.
