The (Fifth) First Week of School

Well, I'm back in Thailand for a new school year! Things are going well, but have been so busy, so this post is a little bit late.

Things have changed a lot at my school. We have a new school director, and she's made a lot of changes. For one, all classes are now double periods with a ten-minute passing period in between. I really like that!

I'm teaching a lot more hours this year than I ever have before, but I'm tutoring less, so it balances out. I'm not tutoring on the weekends anymore, so I'll have full two-day weekends for my first time since my first year in Thailand!

Not much to report! Bangkok is sunny and hot as ever. We'll be getting into the rainy season soon! I'll be looking forward to taking a trip out of the city sometime soon.

 

Besides that, I've been working hard on the release of my second book, and on my other blog, lastbaht.blogspot.com, which is all about travel and life in Thailand and throughout Asia.
