Last week, I took a day off of work to go with my Cameroonian friend and colleague, Chris, to Samut Prakan for a day trip.
Samut Prakan is a suburb southeast of Bangkok.
The first place we visited was the Crocodile Farm, to watch a very tense and nerve-wracking crocodile show.

I could barely look. They stuck their hands and even heads into the crocodiles' mouths, stood on their backs as they swam through the water, and carried them around.
I know that crocodiles are not aggressive if they've been recently fed... but it still made me too nervous!

After that, in the afternoon, we paid a visit to the
Ancient City. Last time, I rented a bike, but Chris has a car, so we explored in air-conditioned comfort.

It was bright and sunny, and very very hot out there!

This is my last post about my final few days in Thailand before I come back to Texas for my annual visit!
I have a few posts queued up about photography, and a series about the different cameras I use. I'll schedule them to come out over the next few days. Stay tuned!
See you all next week!
